Canadian Experience Class Program
The Canadian Experience Class is an immigration pathway to permanent residency for skilled workers who have Canadian work experience. The Canadian Experience Class allows foreign students and workers who have worked in Canada with valid work authorization to apply for permanent residence. To qualify for permanent residence under the CEC program, the applicant must have worked full time for 12 months or an equivalent in part time work, within the past 3 years. The job must be valid through proper authorization for it to be counted towards the CEC.

Federal Skill Worker Program
This program is for skilled workers with foreign work experience who want to immigrate to Canada permanently. The Federal Skilled Worker Program is Canada's primary economic immigration pathway.  To be qualified for federal skilled worker program, the applicant must have one continuous year of fulltime job or equivalent (Part time 2 years) paid work experience in the same job within the last 10 years in the NOC 0, A, B occupation.  Volunteer work, unpaid work or internship does not count towards qualification.

Federal Skill Trade Program
The Federal Skilled Trade Program is for skilled workers who want to become permanent residents based on being qualified in a skilled trade. Applicant must meet all job requirements for the skill trade according to the NOC and must have the required work experience in the related skill/trade.
