Work Permit
Foreign nationals may be allowed to work in Canada if they have authorization to do so. To work in Canada, you are required to have a valid work permit. Some work permits are employer specific or occupation specific and some can be open. If a work permit is open, then the applicant can work for any employer in Canada. In some cases, employers may be required to do a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) before an applicant can be given a work permit, while in other cases, some jobs are LMIA exempt. For students in Canada who have completed their education and want to work they will be issued a post-graduate work permit. At Rehoboth Immigration Consulting, we assist in obtaining work permit under any of the following categories:

·    International Mobility Program
·    International Experience Canada,
·    Open Work Permit and LMIA Exempt
·    Post-graduate work permit

You must be eligible to apply for any of the work permit category above

The visa process can sometimes be very challenging.  At Rehoboth Immigration Consulting, we work with you to determine the right type of visa to apply for as well as provided the necessary support to be able to scale through the Canadian immigration system. We process the following types of visitor’s visas:
